My Offerings
For close to three decades, I have grown two careers simultaneously in both as a fitness nutrition coach and a real estate/financial professional in the East Bay Area in California. I have had an award wining fitness nutrition coaching for women for over 15 years. Where I specialized in outdoor/indoor fitness and nutrition programs specifically for women
Over the years I started feeling disconnected just within myself. I felt I wasn't giving my clients all that I was or all that I could be. I decided I'd PAUSE and really reflect on what as a practitioner of health and fitness, I saw my responsibility was to my client and womxn. How did I want to show up for them and what my tribe of amigas and hermanas would I like that I saw surrounding me. A community that will allow me the grace to come into their lives and help them create a healthier and happier place to be and at the same time use embodiment and fitness nutrition education and create a life that is dreamy and healthy. I was also being called in as an elder to my family and to my community. It's a pull I have pretty much all my life. The reasons for all my obstacles and set backs the reason I persivered through it all was because of native practices. wanted a better way to offer the world the medicine that I had carried all my life from my elders and my ancestors. I wanted a way to pull them in to help my clients on a more intuitive in depth way. I hibernated and created a new practice that embodies my native cultures and combined them with modern day wellness.
I wanted to offer my amazing clients something more that was in sync with their mind, body, spirit and nutritional needs. Using the elements of mother nature to connect, embody and rejuvenate. Now here I stand offering what has become a work of love and spirit within me gifted to me by my elders, teachers and with permission and respect to them I now offer them to you as part of my practice.
To help you get more rooted in your own Sacred Power cultivating and blossoming your Sacred Garden so that you can live happier and healthier from the inside out. The Medicine is within you where it was gifted to you, it is the power that lies deep inside that gives way to the many flowers just waiting to blossom in your life.

The online Lady Gone Strong fitness and nutrition program for the active women over 40. The program walks you through step by step on how to shift your habits, selfcare, mindfulness and strengthen the body in a sustainable way. Incorporating self love in the highest form. When you treat your body with the respect and mindfulness it needs and deserves you will start to shift in other ways in your life. This is the foundation to supporting your body in physical, mental and emotional health.

Ancient Heart Centered Intuitive Energy & Body Work
The Ancient Curanderismo Practice of Platicas (Heart Centered 1-on-1 Sacred Talks)
What mainstream calls Sacred Talks have been around for thousands of years in our lineage as what we call PLATICAS a heart centered talk. The goal of the session is to help you shift pass what may be causing you heartache, pain, anxiety, unhealthy habits, anger, loneliness and fear. Maybe you need to find you way back to who you once were and not sure where to start. Maybe you have been longing to find a new path for your personal development, business or relationships. How about finding your path, your gifts or your center. Or mremember who you were before others told you who to be, before the hurt started, before the anxiety, before the unhealthy habits started, before the anger, the loneliness, the fear, the doubts and self sabotage. I can help you find your way back, find your path, your gifts, your center. Replant your personal Sacred Garden so you can blossom and shine out into the world.
Platicas have been a part of the Latin American native indigenous culture for thousands of years. It is an approach to healing that integrates the understanding that mind, body and spirit are connected and should be treated in any therapy as such. Generally speaking it is a blend of healing modalities that is a collective of native people of Mexico, Spanish practices, Native American, African, Judiac and some Carribbean. The practice is a way to verbally confess a story of what is effecting you and the practitioner asking questions that help you further get clarity on what you would like to clear, cleanse and release.
Traditionally in the ancient ways of the native people platicas were used to help restore the heart so that the physical would heal itself. It was looked at as an essential tool for self-discovery.
Limpias (Energetic Clearings & Cleansings)
"Limpias," are a way to clear or rebalance your energy (chakras). It is used in the ancient practice of Curanderismo and have been done in my lineage for thousands of years. I usually will include a Limpia with the in-person Platica (heart centered/spiritual session). They help cleanse our bodies, energy fields (chakras), particles, and essence, on a more quantum physics level. They are generally combined with Platicas (Heart Straightening/Spiritual Talks).
Limpias are always done in person locally in the Tri Valley area of the East Bay Area in California. Depending on what is needed for the client it can include one or more of the modalities listed below. We will always do a Platica before the Limpia.
