The Story of my ancestors is not what you have been taught in your history books. Those that came onto the ancient lands of what we now call the north and south Americas, tried to conquer and eliminate the native people and told their version of our ancient people. Now after 500 years its time the story be told by the our people the way we were taught through our oral traditions.
The native people of Mexico were the keepers of our secret sacred knowledge of Nauhualism. It is the art of "I", the art of "Me", the "True I" "The Spirit" always working towards honoring and empowering our true self. Through the practices it is said that we can reach our greatest potential through practicing and living the art. They specifically practiced the potentials of life which were beautifully crafted into stone, this is what some call the Aztec Calendar. Here is where the ancient empowerment, manifesting, healing and Dream Warrior practices that have been passed down in secrecy for thousands of years through our oral traditions from parent to child and teacher to student are contained. The power of our people believe life should be lived in harmony with the universal cycles, mother nature, the power of the moon and our own potential to thrive under these conditions.
My ancestors the Toltec-Mexihka were the second group of dream warriors who were mathematicians, scientist, astrologers, healers, doctors and masters of nature and its energy. They used the four directions, moon cycles, cosmos, sacred mathematics, plant medicine, the sacred calendar and science as it relates to nature to live and create a harmonious life. They were said to be some of the most advanced people of our time. They created Dream Planting practices that empower your subconscious to help manifest your dreams into reality, Danza (dances) to activate the teachings through sound, Quin Toltec Yoga in sync with cycles of nature and breathing exercises movement and specific positions based on the cosmic mathematics, moon syncing and the sacred calendar. Their practices could alter and train the subconscious without the use of hallucinogenic plants like the Chichimeca people before them. Our practices are influenced by the natural rhythms, cycles, measures and movements of the moon, sun, planets, elements, nature and sacred count calendar. Natives across the world follow similar calendars. It is not surprising why native people are in sync with Mother Earth and the vibrations of energy that we find through science, psychology, astrology, the new brain science, physics, plants and the moon.
The sacred calendar has systems that correlate with a woman's cycles each month, the cycle of gestation of a pregnancy and the birthing of children. Which makes sense as in our tradition most leaders in our ancient Toltec communities were women. Many were dream warriors. Even now native people know the sacredness of our women, our grandmothers, mothers and daughters. It is said that the women of the world will bring change, transformation and enlightenment to us all. We see this shift now in our society, we believe that woman will be the ones to lead us into change into the New World of enlightenment where all people can live freely and in peace. Have you noticed a movement inside you? Women are awakening to the universal power within them.
It is said that during this time after 500 years of silence our sacred teachings would surface again and we could now share with the rest of the world publicly. In 2012 began these teachings by many of the elders and some were given permission to go out and teach others. So here I am, blessed with the this gift of a medicine carrier to teach others to help them become empowered by their own inner medicine to help them believe that they hold the medicine in their own Kalli (house) within themselves. "You are the Medicine".
The Mexican Native lineage above is what I was born into on my father's side from Mexico in a small town outside of Guadalajara where I was born and where some of the ancient people settled by sacred waters. On my mothers side we are Native Tewa Pueblo people from New Mexico where my grandfather was from. He was a very talented and wise man. He was strong in silence, creative and gave me the gift of a wisdom carrier which started my journey long ago as a young girl.
Through my education in health, wellness, fitness, a personal fit chef and working as a trainer in the corporate world of real estate and finance, I have come into contact with thousands of people. As I began my path over 25 years, I always knew women would be the place where I would continue to teach and coach. Why? Because I believe all women are healers and we do have the power to change the world as we know it but we must first start with ourselves, within our own Sacred Garden to evolve and transform into a more loving, healthy, joyful society.
My programs combine Mindset Mastery, Nutritional Coaching, Body Movement for Strength and the Empowerment of my ancestors ancient practices. Bringing in the four directions, Toltec healing and manifesting, healing plants and nutrition for mindful living and so much more. A practitioner of Curanderismo merging ancient wellness and healing with modern day wellness.
I am honored and thrilled to bring these to you and help you create your own healthy and happy life to become your own healer of your life. To pass on to your generations to come so they too can help heal the world. To continue the legacy of native people.
