A Healing Circle & Embodiment Experience rooted in the Ancestral Wisdom of the Mexihcah Traditions for BIPOC Womxn. "La Ofrenda Sagrada" means "The Sacred Offering". It is an offereing of self to the Divine Spirit within you. Learning the ancient ways to blossom the relationship between you and Creator with love, joy, understanding, compassion and the cosmovision around you. 

It is how you can bring yourself back to the Tierra, Mother Earth, Tonantzin Thlalli and start to feel more peace, joy and strength. 

La Ofrenda Sagrada Day Retreat is a day long experience of embodiment and community.  We will sit in sacred circle and learn how to use sacred earth based practices to ignite your intuition, find more embodiment and joy in your every day life. 

We will come together in right relation with ourselves and each other. These are local in person events within the Tri Valley East Bay Area. We spend time discussing the current season on the medicine wheel and talk about how you can apply these practices/concepts and teachings to your own daily lives and even pass them on to your family and community. 

We always end ceremony with a sacred practice that can range from a sound bath, cacao ceremony, ancient energy work, sacred breath work, meditation, movement therapy, sacred art therapy and/or nature therapy. Or a combination of some. All based on the season of the medicine wheel that we are currently in.

There are a limited amount of participants that are accepted for each retreat and it is by by application only. If you have been invited by an elder or Maestrx you will be given instructions on how to join. By submitting your application it does not guarantee your entrance into the retreat. Final payment and registration is confirmation.

Only 23 participants are allowed to each La Ofrenda Sagrada Day Retreat. Come with an open heart to receiving blessings to help blossom and find your own path through the seasons of your life.

  • Ancient practices of charging your Tonalli (your personal energy)
  • Cueycueyos Energy System (like chakras) for healing, manifesting and empowering your day
  • Guided ancient Rejuvenation, Purification & Activating Meditations
  • Platicas and Limpias (Community Heart to Heart & Cleansings)
  • Closing Ceremony with Community Meal and Refreshments

**We have the right to refuse services to anyone before, during or after the retreat. We will not tolerate any bad behavior, attitude, outburts of attacks mentally, emotionally, verbally or physically towards anyone. Jou will be asked to leave immediately and without hesitation. All funds paid will be forfeited.
