The mind is a very powerful thing. It does what we tell it to do whether it is out-loud or silently within our own subconscious thinking.
You see it listens to everything that we are telling it. We are the KEEPER of our outcome of our destiny. Our brain cannot decipher what is good or bad information. It only knows what we tell it and then it goes after that full steam ahead as it's main purpose is to obey what we command.

Start Your Day with a Morning Ritual - Take 5 Minutes to do the following...
* Set your alarm for 15 minutes earlier than your usual time
* Don't hit the SNOOZE button just get up
* Before you get up to attack your day take 2 minutes to write 5 things you are grateful for
* Then take 2 minutes to write down the top 5 tasks that need to get done for that day
That's it. Do this one change for 21 days and see how much better your days start than they did before.
