The Embodiment of Ancestral Wellness & Ceremony
As a Curanderismo Practitioner and Holistic Wellness, Fitness Nutrition Coach I provide mentorship, workshops and retreats in ancestral practices of wellness and Curanderismo, Holistic Health Coaching, Women's Community Circles and Ceremony that are empowering to our lives to help us shift, live healthy and walk with joy in our hearts.
It is my belief that everyone can benefit from the practice of ceremony and ancestral wellness practices in their life. The practice of honoring your mind, your body and your spirit through healthy living and ceremony has no bounderires and it can be crafted to fit your own spiritual path and beliefs. It is where western medicine has failed in my opinion. My offerings/courses include in person and virtual options as well as an online community where you can stay connected to others.
We believe that the individual physical body is directly effected by the mind, spirit and soul of the person holding its space. Whatever has affected a person personally through life experiences, environmental, heartbreak, trauma, or our own self sabataging behavior can counter react in the body physically and mentally bringing much of the illnesses today that we see. Nutrition and movement are part of these pillars of wellness. Practicing living a healthy mindful life requires all that is related to Mind, Body and Spirit to be in balance.
Native cultures believe that we are directly connected to all living things and that we are sacred just as we are, just as Creator created us. Our different stages in life are celebrated and death to us means a rebirth in one of those stages and a time for celebrating new growth to reach our highest potential no matter what the season brings into our lives. We experience many shifts in life that can be called deaths to the past experiences and allows us that moment to renew our path and shift.

I give my students/clients tools that will help balance their lives through ancient practices of health, wellness, and connecting to your sacredness through the sacred seasons on the medicine wheel throughout the year. Ancestral Sound Bath & Meditation Events
The practice of using sound as a tool for healing and relaxation is believed to be ancient, with roots in various cultures and traditions around the world.
The modern practice of sound baths, as we know it today, has gained popularity in recent years as a form of sound therapy. This practice involves using various instruments to create a soundscape that induces relaxation and promotes a sense of well-being.
It has been shown in some studies that these types of meditative practices can alter brainwaves, slow down the heart rate, and induce a state of deep relaxation through a dramatic shift in consciousness. The cymatic patterns created by these vibrations may not be visible to the naked eye, but the impact on the body can be profound.
Generally, participants enjoy a deeper experience when they lie down. Those who have trouble laying comfortably may also sit in a chair, on a floor cushion, or in a zero-gravity chair. Participants don’t have to “do” anything while being immersed in the gentle and harmonious sounds produced by various instruments. These instruments may include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, vocalization, and other melodic tools. The sounds produced during a sound bath are designed to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing. This is often thought to take place with the more repetitive and rhythmic playing of instruments.

Platicas and Limpias have been a part of the native indigenous culture of the South Americas for thousands of years under the ancient practices of Curanderismo. It is practiced with the understanding that mind, body and spirit are connected and should be treated as a whole.
A Platica a sacred talk, is a way for you to use your voice and verbally tell your story from your heart about what you seek to release. The practitioner will ask you questions to guide you on your journey. Platicas are always followed by a Limpia and Limpias always have a Platica before they are given.
"Limpias," are a way to clear or rebalance your energy centers we call Cueycueyos simular to chakras. We use several tools and ceremonies to guide the limpia and each session is customized to the person seeking the limpia. No two Platica-Limpias are the same.

Pop-Up Community Platica & Limpia Ceremony
In a traditional Platica & Limpia ceremony we work on clearing and cleansing the energy portals Cueycueyos (like chakras), These community limpia events are usually scheduled once or twice a month in the East San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding communities.
The Limpia takes about 5 minutes. There is a suggested energy exchange and is paid for by a suggested donation that is comfortable to the person seeking the limpia ceremony. However no one will be turned away due to financial hardship. The Sacred Mexhika Rose Limpia Ceremony
For this Sacred Rose Limpia we always use roses as they have a connection to the divine energy being one of the highest vibrating plants/flowers in nature. They hold love, compassion, forgiveness and embodiment. This is an amazing ceremony to help bring more love, vibration and clearing so you can hold more space for self-love and the love of others.

In this limpia we use the powerful medicine of the Obsidian along with essential oils, sacred plants and copal smoke to bring balance, cleansing and embodiment. Obsidian has been used in the ancient practice of Curanderismo for centuries. It is a very powerful tool.

We start with a sacred talk Platica and once we finish we will move through a treatment which begins with the sacred ceremony of Sitting at the Feet of Another a ceremony passed on through our oral traditions by my beloved Maestra CC and her Abuelita Casimira.
You will receive an anointing of oils and an ancient rose foot bath limpia ceremony to clear a new path and invite love and compassion in. We use essential oils, botanicals and salt baths to soak and wash your feet.
After the foot ceremony and limpia you will guided through a sacred path meditation and holistic essential touch energy clearing ceremony. This is a powerful ceremony and can help release emotions and energies that you no longer want to carry. It is important that you always consult you physician and/or mental health-care provider before you make any changes you make to your health, medication or counseling sessions.

This ceremony is designed as a rite of passage that can be done at any time in our lives that may be a transition for us. A perfect time is when we want to release the past and allow space for our new path. This is a wonderful ceremony for those suffering from grief, anxiety, sadness, a loss, worry or moving through a transition in life.
A traditional Cerrada Ceremony (Closing of the Bones) is given within 40 days of a wombed being giving birth. However a traditional Cerrada Ceremony is an amazing ceremony that can be at any time for the mother. Even if it's 40 years later.
